You will learn how to grow your own herbs, cook simple meals, know what is really in the packet or tin and how to eat well and maintain your weight without it costing the earth.

Places are strictly limited to 10 people on a first come first served basis. Phone 0161 437 7623 to reserve your place.

We are delighted to announce...

that the Big Lottery Fund is so impressed with our work they have authorised a grant of £259,377 over three years to help us to establish another furniture shop. This means we can help even more people in need and divert lots more furniture away from landfill. We can't thank them enough - all we have to do now is find suitable premises.

Simon Atkinson of the University says "We know how much local charities help their local community and Tree of Life Centre in Wythenshawe has such a range of services we are more than delighted to be able to help them to help others."

Pictured is Janet Tysoe, Centre Manager, receiving the cheque.
